A study published in Nature Neuroscience could lead the way for the development of drugs able to treat and test multiple brain disorder conditions such as alzheimer’s, autism, Parkinson’s and epilepsy. The report identified nerve proteins linked to more than 130 disorders.
Although the report concludes that further work will be necessary, it is no doubt a great start along the road to suggesting new diagnostic and therapeutic approaches.
