Hi there, I’m Mike, I love to work hard and play even harder. I’m driven by a commitment to offer excellent customer service (you can see what customers say about me on the link below). I relax by hitting the gym and spending time with my family; my kids are the centre of my universe. Click here to see my customer feedback.
I’m Kate, and I’m a graduate student from Manchester Met. I have a BAHons degree in Marketing Management. I have previously worked in a florist and at a local bar. I play in a darts team and enjoy gigs and festivals. To see what my customers have to say, click here.
Hello, my name is Marcello. I’m married with three children, all boys aged 3, 5 and 7. Obviously, most of my spare time is spent chasing them around! I love football, particularly Manchester United, walking the dog and cooking. To see my customer feedback, click here.
Hi, my name’s Amanda and I’ve been in the financial services industry for 13 years. I love the outdoors and whenever I have the time I’ll take myself off to the Lakes and climb a mountain. I love the theatre too and take the opportunity to go to as many productions as I can. I’m a firm believer in protection products and look forward to finding the best product for you.
My name’s Lorraine. I have had a wide and far reaching career to date which includes Barclays Bank, Thorn Homeserve, Mosshasellhurst Solicitors and Click Insurance. I enjoy walking the dog. My dog, that is- not Bella the office dog ( I don’t think the boss would like that even if I would love it and I am sure that Bella would too!!). My main likes are knowing I have helped someone to achieve peace of mind with their insurances because I know I can make a friend for life. Click here to see what my customers have to say!
I’m Dan, I’m the Media Technical Assistant. I have a wide range of jobs from video editing, graphic design to the office IT boffin, I have also been known to be the office flat pack man! I’m a big Manchester United fan, but also a rugby union and cricket fan. In my spare time you can either find me on the M40 heading to Surrey or being the sound man (the most important part) in a folk rock band!
Hi, I’m Steph, the Site Editor. I’ve just passed my A-Levels in English Language, Psychology and Biology at Sir John Deane’s College. Whilst in education, I spent my weekends working on a market stall in Winsford. When I’m not toiling away, I socialise, go shopping and knit (mostly scarves, if I’m honest).
I’m Jane, and am the Sales Manager at The Life Department. I have worked in financial services for 20 years at Barclays bank, Bradford & Bingley and Moneysupermarket.com. I am married with two boys aged 13 and 9. I enjoy spending time with my family and socialising with friends.
Hi, I’m Sally, director and Wills specialist at Cameron Tate. I have over 15 years experience in the legal industry. I spend my time ensuring that clients understand their legal rights and how the rules around wills and inheritance applies to them. Oh and I’m also a Zumba addict and a bit of a closet Dallas fan!
Hi, I’m Louise; wife, mum, cyclist and director of The Life Department. I am passionate about the value of protection and also about making the most out of life- with The Life Department, we bring both together. I am so proud to be part of the team!
I’m Stuart. Widnes Vikings ‘til I die (which hopefully won’t be for a while yet). I’m a former director at Moneysupermarket.com and (for my sins) 15 years in the building society industry.
Hi I’m Tracey and married to Stuart. I’m a director at The Life Dept, run a property rentals business in Cheshire called Tracey Rentals and am mum to four. Then there’s the home to run! Stuart thinks he does half the chores around the house (but obviously he’s got no idea!).
Hi, I’m Tomas, creator of The Life Dept’s mortality predictor which can be seen on the home page. People are surprised when I can say I can predict an age of death based on someone’s personality but science has shown it to be a remarkably accurate method of predicting age of death. I am a psychologist from Argentina based now in London. I am a Reader at Goldsmiths University and have produced many papers and have written books and appeared as the resident psychologist for several prime-time shows, including Big Brother and The Biggest Loser.
And this is Bella, the office dog. Her advice would be a-paw-ling so we don’t let her on the phones.
